Shipping
We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours of being placed during working days.
We ship to the UK as standard – the cost of which is calculated based on the weight and a secure, tracked way to send it to you plus a small cost towards the packaging. Currently it’s £4.65 for anywhere in mainland UK. Channel Islands and other UK islands may incur a nominal increase according to the carrier’s charges. As a small business, there’s very little profit in what we do so we need to make sure that the cost of shipping is fair. We are always looking for the best shipping company so rates may vary from time to time.
We are unable to process orders to a P.O Box address.
We are unable to offer delivery to British Forces Postal Office addresses.
We're sorry but Bright & Beautiful only delivers online orders to UK addresses (excluding the Channel Islands).
Delivery Charges & Options
Delivery charges are per order.
An order can be delivered to one address only. If you require to send orders to multiple addresses you will need to place a separate order for each address.
UK delivery options (orders placed Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays):
Standard Delivery - £4.65 or free on orders over £35.00.
Delivery within 3-5 working days. PLEASE NOTE - this excludes weekends and Bank Holidays.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original condition and packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact me at brightandbeautifullifestyle@mail.com. If your return is accepted, I’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
